“I hired Jessica to help me pack and clean my house, in prepping for moving out. She ran an Estate sale for me and helped me make a fair amount of money from it. She was always there when she said she would be; she was very personable and gave me lots of great advice. After all furniture and items were removed from the house she did a clean up (the buyer only required broom clean) and the house looked great. Although she was not my realtor I would not hesitate to hire her as such, should I need those services in the future. Her fee for her services I found to be quite reasonable considering how much work she put in. Don’t hesitate to hire her, you won’t be disappointed.”
