Someone who takes the pressure off you while keeping you in charge of decisions. Someone that earns their commission by always making the transaction their priority. If you are lucky you will choose someone that is easy to talk to and completely listens to your wants and needs. The end goal is to choose someone who helps achieve your personal and financial goals while buying a home. The best choice is someone who does what they SAY they WILL do.
